The Bible teaches that love covers a multitude of sin.  Love worketh no evil.  Love is the fulfillment of the law.  In the family, each member must learn to love in their respective place.  The husband is commanded  by scripture to "love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it:"  Ephesians 5:25.  What is this scripture saying?  The Bible teaches that Jesus died for the sins of the world (John 3:16).  The husband is to love his wife the same way.  Give himself for his family.  Protect the family.  Raise the children up in the fear and admonition of the Lord.  Make sure the needs of the family are met.  Pray with his family.  Have bible study with his family.

The Lord is there to teach the husband how to love his family.  If the husband was not raised by a father and did not see a man love a wife, the Lord is still here to help the husband learn how to love his wife.  Do not make excuses.  Allow the Lord to teach you how to love your family.  The divorce rate among those that profess Christ continues to grow.  It is not the will of God for Saints to divorce.  Seek the Lord.  Pray.  For it is the children that suffer the most when the family is broken up.
